He holds a Master of Business Studies (MBS) and is a psycho-social counsellor and a Nonviolent Communication and Jeevan Vigyan trainer. He helps people and organisations grow through leadership and self-development, emotional intelligence, psycho-social wellbeing, life skills, parenting, and student and teacher development. His sessions are interactive, practical and experiential, building self-awareness, healthier relationships and effective leadership.
A Senior Trainer with more than 15 years in training and professional development, including over 5 years of ISO certification and implementation work in Nepal. He specialises in ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 21001 for educational organisations, helping schools and organisations build effective management systems, prepare for certification and keep improving.
